About the role
AIQ is seeking a Paralegal – Legal & ESG Specialist to support its General Counsel and legal function. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role combines legal administration with ESG initiatives, helping the company deliver responsible AI solutions for the energy sector.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the General Counsel with day‑to‑day legal administrative tasks.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and review to execution and archiving.
- Prepare and maintain legal documentation and corporate governance records.
- Support regulatory compliance activities and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to AIQ’s ESG reporting and governance compliance programmes.
Required profile
- Minimum of 24 months experience in a legal support or paralegal role.
- Familiarity with contract administration, legal documentation and ESG reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced technology environment.
