Paralegal (UAE National)

About the role

The Paralegal will serve as the primary local legal liaison for UAE legal, regulatory and administrative matters, supporting the Head of Legal. This remote position requires occasional on‑site attendance for notary, corporate or government‑related tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Legal with routine UAE legal, corporate governance, regulatory and commercial matters, including preparation of legal documents, board resolutions, powers of attorney and corporate filings.
• Act as the day‑to‑day Arabic liaison with external lawyers, notaries, translators and other service providers, coordinating translations, notarisation, attestation and filing requirements.
• Track local legal tasks, deadlines and government submissions, manage document execution and courier coordination, and escalate material issues to the Head of Legal.

Required profile

• UAE national, fluent in Arabic and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience (minimum 24 months) as a paralegal, legal assistant or junior legal executive, preferably within a UAE law firm, in‑house legal team or corporate services environment.
• Organised, reliable, detail‑oriented and able to work independently and remotely while handling confidential information with discretion.
