Part-Time Beauty Consultant (Emiratisation)

About the role

Chalhoub Group is hiring a part-time Beauty Consultant for its Sephora store at Valentino, Mirdif City Centre, Dubai. The role is open to Emiratisation candidates and focuses on customer service, sales and store upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and use appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets
• Keep counters clean, restock shelves and counters, handle new launches, promote products and meet merchandising levels according to brand guidelines
• Answer customer queries about products, prices, availability, uses and services, and advise on the best product ranges
• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of brands and products, and generate sales while tracking sell-out targets at store level
• Generate daily sales reports, track post-launch sales and participate in achieving incentives
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form and receive stock according to set procedures
• Maintain high standards of grooming and guest experience to build customer loyalty

Required profile

• 2 years of experience in the beauty industry is a plus
• Ability to communicate with customers, assess their needs and exceed their expectations
