Part-Time Compliance Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Part‑Time Security & Compliance Specialist to ensure our cloud platform meets the rigorous standards of the financial services industry. This fully remote position will have you shaping security policies, conducting risk assessments, and guiding teams through PCI‑DSS and GDPR compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve security policies and controls across the platform.
• Perform compliance validation and prepare for audits.
• Conduct risk assessments on new workloads and track mitigation actions.
• Provide security and compliance training to migration teams.
• Translate technical controls for Windows/Linux environments into compliance language.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in security or compliance roles.
• Hands‑on experience with regulatory frameworks such as PCI‑DSS and GDPR.
• Strong security assessment and risk‑management capabilities.
• Familiarity with AWS security and logging services.
• AWS Security Specialty certification or equivalent is a plus.
