Part-time Contact Center Agent

About the role

Liwa University is seeking a part‑time Contact Center Agent to support its admissions and enrollment process across the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain campuses. The role combines customer service excellence with sales‑oriented communication to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to prospective student inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Initiate proactive outreach, including follow‑up calls and emails.
• Identify student needs, provide detailed information on programs, tuition, financial aid, scholarships, and campus life.
• Use persuasive communication to encourage applications and enrollment.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system and ensure timely data entry for reporting.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to application.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service by promptly addressing concerns and resolving issues.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet enrollment targets.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Previous 1‑2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in higher education.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
