About the role

The Partner Account Manager (PAM) will be based in Abu Dhabi and act as the primary liaison between our company and its network of partners across the UAE. Reporting to the Sales Head, the role focuses on driving revenue through partner channels, educating partners on our product portfolio, and building long‑term, mutually profitable relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners, serving as their trusted advisor.
  • Educate partners on product features, benefits, and value propositions relevant to the UAE market.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and sales strategies to meet agreed targets.
  • Coordinate partner‑specific marketing and promotional activities with the marketing team.
  • Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to resolve partner issues promptly.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partner sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to the Sales Head.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4–6 years of experience in partner management, account management, or B2B sales, preferably with retailers or sub‑retailers in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships and driving sales growth through partners.
