About the role

The Product Sales Manager (Brand Sales Manager) acts as the primary link between product vendors and channel partners, ensuring a seamless customer experience while driving sales of cyber‑security solutions across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the conduit between vendors and partners, responding to RFPs, product queries and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Own the brand/category portfolio, meet quarterly sales targets and report performance to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned vendors, negotiate pricing and margin improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal Account Management teams to streamline execution and training on product roadmaps.
  • Engage regularly with partner customers to understand needs, resolve issues and present product solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, analyse data and present insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 + years of progressive experience selling cyber‑security products in a commercial environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep knowledge of channel partners and vendor management within the UAE market.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and solid business acumen.
