Partner Solution Architect - MENA

About the role

As an early member of Mistral’s Partner Team, you will work closely with partner and GTM teams to drive adoption of our enterprise AI platform across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery with partners, understand client needs, and help onboard AI platform updates.
• Create and maintain enablement assets such as technical decks, documentation, videos, and reference architectures for partner portals.
• Support partners in qualifying opportunities, progressing deals, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
• Act as “user zero” to test new models and tools, document findings, and relay feedback to engineering.
• Guide partners and customers in deploying Mistral’s text‑completion API, fine‑tuning models, and ensuring scalability and quality.
• Provide post‑deployment support, recommend product optimisations, and develop custom features as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a technical partner pre‑sales or consulting role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer).
• Proven ability to work with large cloud or platform providers and drive technical account strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with C‑level executives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Python development.
• Cloud architecture and deployment patterns for AI/ML solutions.
• Experience building enablement assets and evangelising technology at scale.
• Hands‑on experience with AI model deployment, SDKs, and API integration.
