Partner/MD – Corporate Investigations & Advisory (MENA)

About the role

The firm is seeking a senior leader to establish and head its Corporate Investigations & Advisory practice across the MENA region. Based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, the Partner/MD will act as the public face of the business, driving client relationships and originating new mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture senior client relationships with corporate and institutional investors.
• Originate and win new mandates across disputes, investigations, litigation support and other sensitive matters.
• Oversee delivery of complex engagements, ensuring high‑quality advisory and investigative services.
• Build and lead a small specialist team locally while collaborating with international offices.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion on all sensitive assignments.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of professional experience, with a significant portion spent in the Middle East.
• Current or former Partner at a major law firm or MD/Senior MD at a global corporate investigations firm.
• Established reputation and strong network among corporate and institutional clients in the region.
• Proven track record in handling disputes, litigation support, investigations or related advisory work.
