Partnership Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Partnership Consultant to build and manage channel partnerships, drive sales, and support business growth for a global workforce solutions leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and business‑setup consultants.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert sales leads.
• Conduct regular meetings with existing and potential partners.
• Train and educate partners on company formation services, business activities, and regulations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
• Attend networking events to expand the partner network.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and sales updates in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated with a customer‑focused approach.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
