Partnerships Manager - Automotive & Fleet

About the role

invygo is a car-leasing platform and is looking for a Partnerships Manager to drive its growth across the UAE. You will build strategic partnerships, expand the corporate customer base and strengthen market presence, working with stakeholders in the automotive, fleet and mobility sectors. The role also covers commercial growth, financial oversight of partner payments and leading a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow relationships with automotive dealerships and key partners across Saudi Arabia, and onboard new dealership partners to expand the vehicle supply network.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms, and develop strategies to meet vehicle acquisition and revenue targets.
• Act as the main point of contact for dealerships and drive B2B sales and commercial partnerships within the automotive ecosystem.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and dealership performance to inform strategy.
• Oversee dealership payment processes, monitor commercial performance, pricing, margins and profitability, and work with Finance on payment cycles and reconciliation.
• Lead and mentor team members and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Growth and Product teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships, preferably in the automotive or mobility sector.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of the UAE automotive, fleet leasing or subscription landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills; fluent English and Arabic with deep knowledge of the UAE market.
• Preferred background in automobile, car rental, hotel or airline industries.
