About the role
The Parts Advisor will provide professional support to customers, helping them identify the correct parts for their vehicles and make cost‑effective purchasing decisions. This role focuses on enhancing customer retention and driving parts sales for the branch.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their parts requirements and guide them to the best options.
- Identify correct parts using catalogues based on vehicle type and usage.
- Prepare quotations, check stock availability across branches, and initiate procurement when needed.
- Promote related parts and accessories to create additional sales opportunities.
- Issue parts for confirmed orders, generate invoices and follow up on payments.
- Register lost sales and raise purchase requests for unavailable items.
Required profile
- Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a science‑related graduate degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in the automotive trade.
