Parts Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Parts Advisor to identify and supply the correct parts based on vehicle and repair requirements, supporting workshop technicians and service advisors with timely parts availability. The role involves handling retail and internal parts inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring proper inventory control and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and supply the correct parts based on vehicle and repair requirements.
• Support workshop technicians and Service Advisors with timely parts availability.
• Handle retail and internal parts inquiries professionally.
• Prepare parts quotations and process orders accurately.
• Monitor parts availability and follow up on backorders and urgent requirements.
• Maintain proper inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams for parts replenishment.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuing, and documentation of parts.
• Promote parts sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and achieve assigned parts KPIs and business targets.
