Parts Advisor

About the role

As a Parts Advisor for Al‑Futtaim Electric Mobility, you will support BYD’s electric vehicle operations in the UAE by managing parts inventory, sourcing cost‑effective components and ensuring timely availability for service, repairs and vehicle refurbishment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate perpetual and annual parts inventories, balancing stock levels to avoid overstocking.
• Source cost‑effective parts for servicing, repairs and used‑vehicle refurbishment.
• Process purchase orders, goods receipts and invoice verification accurately and on time.
• Organise and secure physical parts storage and coordinate stock planning and reporting.
• Support Sales and Service teams with accessories and parts availability, and prepare inventory, savings and customer‑service reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
• 3‑4 years of experience in automotive parts or inventory management.
• Practical knowledge of automotive parts, procurement and inventory control.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
