About the role
The Parts Picker is responsible for accurately selecting automotive components from inventory to fulfill customer orders. This role ensures parts are inspected, packaged, and ready for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Pull automotive parts from designated bins using pick tickets, work orders, or RF scanner instructions and verify part numbers, quantities, and condition.
- Unload incoming parts, inspect for damage, and confirm quantities against packing slips.
- Stock parts in assigned locations following safe storage practices and assist with cycle counts.
- Package, label, and stage picked parts for shipping or delivery.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers while keeping the work area clean and adhering to safety regulations.
