Pastry Chef – IndoPersian

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to lead the Indo‑Persian pastry kitchen at its upcoming integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Indo‑Persian pastry kitchen, ensuring efficiency, consistency and adherence to culinary standards.
• Develop weekly set menus, monthly promotions and seasonal offerings in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
• Monitor resource consumption, optimise equipment, ingredient and inventory usage, and control costs.
• Lead, coach and support the kitchen team to maintain high performance and teamwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with HACCP, health and safety regulations.
• Ensure high‑quality pastry preparation, presentation and timely response to guest feedback.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent; culinary qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a 5‑star kitchen, with substantial pastry and leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
