About the role
Join the pastry team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi and create high‑quality baked goods that enhance guest experiences. As a Commis 1 – Pastry you will support the production of breads, pastries, and desserts while upholding Hilton’s hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and bake pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts following recipes and quality standards.
- Arrange and display baked goods attractively according to specifications.
- Manage pastry inventory, ensuring proper storage, refrigeration, and organization of products.
- Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace and follow food‑handling, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
