Patient Access Representative – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Patient Access Representative provides front‑line support to hospital customers, ensuring smooth admission, registration and billing processes. The role requires fluent Arabic and English to communicate effectively with patients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality service to all hospital customers.
• Process manual receipts when the billing system is unavailable.
• Receive patients transferred from clinics or the emergency department.
• Place admission documents in patient files and coordinate their transfer to the appropriate ward.
• Open new patient files and update information in the system.
• Prepare inpatient bills and file inpatient claims.
• Answer incoming telephone calls for the section.
• Follow up with patients admitted without health insurance.
• Act as cashier in polyclinics, X‑ray and emergency units.
• Participate in cross‑functional teams and committees.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure efficient admission and registration.

Required profile

• Diploma in a relevant field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer use.
