Patient Administration Executive – Al Majaz

About the role

Responsible for greeting patients, managing registrations, billing, insurance queries, and handling communications at Sunny Medical Center Al Majaz.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients, direct them to appropriate departments and provide routine information.
• Handle telephone inquiries and forward information to doctors or nurses for callbacks.
• Manage appointments, including no‑shows, rescheduling and confirmations.
• Register new patients, keep records up‑to‑date and maintain the Hospital Information System.
• Provide insurance coverage information, collect co‑payments and issue claim forms.
• Facilitate daily cash, credit‑card and cheque deposits and ensure accurate financial processing.
• Check and respond to emails daily, ensuring timely communication.
• Generate and process patient invoices, collect payments and ensure billing compliance with legal and insurance requirements.
• Handle patient complaints professionally and support continuous quality improvement activities.

Required profile

• High school or college diploma in any discipline.
• Ability to work assigned shift schedules, including various shift timings.
• Adherence to NMC regulations, infection control, patient safety and JCI standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain patient and staff confidentiality.
• Commitment to follow hospital policies, procedures and quality assurance processes.
