Patient Administration Executive – Dubai

About the role

The Patient Administration Executive ensures smooth front‑desk operations at Satwa Clinic, providing excellent service to patients and supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients, providing routine information about the clinic.
• Handle telephone inquiries and coordinate callbacks with doctors or nurses.
• Manage appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, confirming and handling no‑shows.
• Register new patients and keep existing records up‑to‑date.
• Explain medical insurance coverage, collect co‑payments and provide claim forms for reimbursements.
• Process daily cash, credit‑card and cheque deposits, ensuring accurate financial handling.
• Generate and process patient invoices, issue bills and assist patients with payment queries.
• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to NMC and JCI regulations, and support quality‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• College diploma in any discipline or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent command of oral and written English; Arabic desirable.
• Ability to maintain high data accuracy and confidentiality.
