Patriot System Technical Support Engineer – OAI (UAE)

About the role

The Organizational Activities Interface (OAI) Technical Support Engineer will deliver field operational services for the UAE Patriot Technical Assistance program. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role supports training, system initialization, and sustainment of Patriot air‑defense batteries and fire units.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and assist Patriot Battalion and Fire Unit personnel in operational skills and software initialization.
• Develop system databases, communication plans, and conduct exercise management using Patriot ECS and ICC.
• Provide classroom and practical training on system software, hardware updates, and tactical procedures.
• Support modernization efforts by delivering technical advice and on‑the‑job training.

Required profile

• Minimum four years experience with the Patriot Air Defense System, including evaluation and tactical operations at battalion level.
• Current Secret U.S. security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years related experience (or equivalent education/experience combination).
• Successful completion of Patriot Operator and System Mechanic courses (MOS 24T/14E/140E).
