Pavilion Operations Officer (Arabic Speaker) – Events & Exhibition

About the role

This contract position supports the day‑to‑day supervision of pavilion operations for a major seasonal event in Dubai. The role ensures smooth access, compliance, emergency response and financial reporting for participants and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Issue access cards and entry/exit permits for participants, employees, goods and equipment in coordination with Global Village management.
• Supervise pavilion operations on‑site, ensuring outlets follow approved opening and closing schedules.
• Conduct regular inspection rounds to verify compliance with pavilion and Global Village operational standards.
• Coordinate emergency situations with Global Village management, overseeing security, cleaning and service quality.
• Arrange emergency maintenance and media permits, supporting participants’ operational needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain administrative records, prepare daily operational status reports and update participant/employee data.
• Prepare and follow up on daily financial reports, coordinating with the approved payment service provider, Noqodi.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Strong experience in operations coordination, events, exhibitions, hospitality, customer service or large‑scale venue operations.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment with weekend availability.

Required skills

• Arabic language proficiency.
