Payment Growth Marketing Expert (B2C)

About the role

Bybit is seeking a senior marketer to drive growth and adoption of its payments products across global markets. The role blends regional and global growth, product marketing, and go‑to‑market execution for Bybit Card, Bybit Pay, money transfers and localized payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional and global growth workstreams, developing mechanisms such as rewards, cashback, referrals and lifecycle programs to boost acquisition, activation, usage and retention.
• Lead go‑to‑market strategy for new payment products and features, from positioning and audience definition to channel selection, launch execution and performance measurement.
• Amplify product visibility across owned, earned and paid channels, translating complex capabilities into clear customer narratives and coordinating CRM, social, PR, paid media and partnership initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth or GTM roles within fintech, payments, banking, crypto or similarly complex consumer‑product environments.
• Proven ability to drive acquisition, activation, engagement and retention through data‑driven growth mechanisms.
• Strong analytical judgment and autonomous operation across multiple markets and workstreams.
