About the role
The Payroll Associate – CRO supports the bank’s staff services by handling account documentation, payroll processing and compliance tasks. This entry‑level position is open to fresh UAE national graduates and focuses on delivering quality service while maintaining operational controls.
Key responsibilities
- Handle staff account inquiries, open/close accounts and ensure KYC compliance.
- Process finance account documentation, prepare applications and enter data into systems.
- Enter payroll and overtime transactions, prepare payment memos and advance salary reports.
- Assist in preparation of journal vouchers, general ledger entries and internal audit responses.
- Support workflow improvements and ensure compliance with ADIB policies and Central Bank regulations.
Required profile
- Broad knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking products and services.
- Thorough understanding of retail credit and operational policies.
- Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and associated risks.
