Pediatric Speech Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Rehoboth Speech and Occupational Therapy Centre in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The role involves delivering individualized speech and language therapy to children with developmental, communication, and learning needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for pediatric clients.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide one‑to‑one speech and language therapy sessions.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Prepare assessment reports, progress reports, and session notes.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and occupational therapists.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or a related field.
• DHA license or eligibility to obtain a DHA license.
• Prior pediatric clinical experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
