Key responsibilities

• Perform complex surgical procedures on infants, children and adolescents using advanced techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct pre‑operative assessments and post‑operative follow‑ups to ensure optimal recovery.
• Engage with families to provide education, support and clear communication.
• Participate in clinical research and trials to advance pediatric surgical practices.
• Mentor junior surgeons and residents, fostering a skilled surgical team.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or equivalent qualification in Pediatric Surgery.
• Proven experience performing pediatric surgical procedures.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a high‑pressure environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
