People and Culture Executive

About the role

The Executive, People & Culture is responsible for managing day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws, and supporting recruitment, employee relations and performance management. The role acts as a bridge between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment and promoting organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive pay and accurate administration of health, retirement and wellness plans.
• Design and implement performance appraisal systems, facilitate continuous feedback and develop succession‑planning processes.
• Generate HR analytics reports and use metrics to support strategic decision‑making.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts and ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, conduct surveys and promote an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Support talent acquisition, develop retention strategies and lead effective onboarding programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven strategic thinking, problem‑solving and leadership abilities with strong interpersonal communication.
