People & Culture Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and organized People & Culture Coordinator to join our team in Ras Al‑Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. You will support people‑centric initiatives, maintain employee records, and help create a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day People & Culture administration, including employee records and work pass applications.
• Coordinate full‑cycle recruitment: job posting, interview scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding.
• Prepare and distribute communications such as letters, reports, and monthly employee newsletters.
• Organise employee engagement activities, social events, and team‑building initiatives.
• Monitor performance appraisals, probation reviews, and employee development records.
• Handle employee exits professionally and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, diversity and inclusion programs, and training initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR coordination role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organizational and time‑management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE employment laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS systems (preferred).
