People & Culture Executive

About the role

As a People & Culture Executive you will support the growing team across the UAE and KSA, handling employee relations, people processes, compliance and engagement initiatives. You will work closely with managers and leadership to ensure a positive employee experience throughout the lifecycle while assisting with day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, performance issues and investigations.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, contract administration and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and KSA labour laws and internal procedures.
• Support performance management, including reviews, development plans and improvement processes.
• Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on people‑related queries.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development activities.
• Handle employee exits, including resignations, terminations, end‑of‑service administration and exit interviews.
• Support visa, labour and documentation processes as required.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain data for business decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, People & Culture or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law; exposure to KSA labour law is a plus.
• Experience handling employee relations and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
