About the role
A recruiter is hiring on behalf of a client for a People & Culture Executive in the UAE, ready to start immediately. The role covers HR operations and employee experience, and the salary is AED 8,000 - 9,000.
Key responsibilities
- Manage visa processes, government relations and medical insurance coordination
- Support end-to-end recruitment: job postings, interviews, offers and onboarding
- Conduct onboarding and induction while coordinating across departments
- Draft and issue HR letters such as NOCs, confirmations and salary adjustment notices
- Maintain accurate employee records and respond to HR-related queries
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE
- UAE driving licence is a must
- Proactive, organised, with conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Confident communicator with a can-do attitude
Required skills
- Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- HR systems and documentation
