About the role
We are looking for a People & Culture Officer to join our vibrant team at the Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel in Dubai. In this role you will support daily HR operations, act as a bridge between staff and management, and help create a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a collaborative culture.
- Provide day‑to‑day HR support to managers and staff.
- Help streamline HR procedures to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with UAE labour legislation and HR systems.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Required skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
