People, Performance & Culture Analyst Internship

About the role

Help AG is seeking a motivated People, Performance & Culture Analyst Intern to join its HR team. You will work with people data, create dashboards, and support initiatives that drive employee performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and maintain HR data on headcount, attrition, performance, engagement, and learning.
• Assist in building HR dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership.
• Track and monitor KPIs related to people performance and productivity.
• Generate recurring HR reports (monthly, quarterly, ad‑hoc) and translate data into clear visual insights.
• Document HR processes, metrics, and data definitions for consistency.
• Maintain data accuracy in HRIS and collaborate on performance management, engagement surveys, and culture programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Interest in HR analytics, people performance, and organisational culture.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
