Performance & Growth Marketer

About the role

Join a growth‑focused team supporting established direct‑to‑consumer and eCommerce brands. You will own acquisition strategies, campaign optimisation and budget allocation across Meta, Google and TikTok, turning data into commercial insights that drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid acquisition campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Design and execute structured testing across creative assets, audiences, offers and funnels.
• Manage substantial media budgets, making data‑driven allocation decisions aligned with commercial goals.
• Analyse CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS and other financial metrics to connect advertising performance with revenue and profit outcomes.
• Build performance forecasts, financial models and budget recommendations for strategic planning.
• Collaborate with creative, CRO and growth teams to improve the full customer journey.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on paid media experience with product‑based DTC or eCommerce brands.
• Proven track record of scaling significant paid‑media budgets and understanding their commercial impact.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen (CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, contribution margin, payback periods).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, able to present insights to founders and senior stakeholders.
• Full‑time availability with daily overlap of 4:00–6:00 PM Melbourne time.
