Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to own our growth engine end‑to‑end. You will attract the right audiences through paid and organic channels, convert first‑time readers into loyal users, and help prepare the business for a subscription model launch.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X and Microsoft, optimizing for cost‑per‑acquisition (CAC).
• Grow organic and SEO‑driven traffic in partnership with the editorial team to build a durable, lower‑cost acquisition base.
• Test and scale new channels, audiences and creative assets.
• Own and develop the conversion funnel, partnering with lifecycle/CRM to reduce churn and improve trial‑to‑paid conversion rates.
• Build and maintain the acquisition analytics stack (CAC, LTV, cohort analysis, multi‑touch attribution) and ensure accurate conversion tracking.
• Report MRR growth, funnel health and channel efficiency to leadership and translate data into budget recommendations.

Required profile

• 3+ years in performance, growth or acquisition marketing, preferably with subscription, media or SaaS products.
• Strong command of both paid acquisition and SEO/organic growth.
• Fluency in growth analytics (CAC, LTV, cohort, funnel, churn); GA4 essential, SQL/BigQuery strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of optimizing conversion funnels, paywalls or registration flows.
• Commercial instinct focused on revenue and payback rather than just impressions and clicks.
