Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Our client seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to lead data‑driven acquisition across multiple digital channels. The role will own the full‑funnel strategy, optimise spend and drive qualified leads that directly contribute to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute full‑funnel performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, native, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Implement retargeting and remarketing tactics to improve conversion rates.
• Oversee the lead lifecycle from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) and work closely with Sales to boost conversion ratios.
• Control monthly budgets, maintain CPL, CPA and CAC benchmarks and improve ROAS.
• Set up analytics and tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager and CRM integrations, and build dashboards for performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in performance marketing, with proven B2B and B2C lead‑generation success.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to collaborate with Sales, Partnerships and Creative teams.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is preferred; background in business setup, free zones, fintech or SME ecosystems is a plus.
