Performance Marketing Manager (UAE National)

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a UAE National to lead its Performance Marketing function. You will shape the strategy, delivery and optimisation of marketing technology, data and digital acquisition solutions to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the Performance Marketing technology roadmap in partnership with product owners and delivery leads.
• Translate business objectives into product requirements, user stories and scalable technology solutions.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and performance insights to uncover growth opportunities.
• Champion MarTech and AdTech solutions that improve acquisition, targeting, personalisation, automation and measurement.
• Lead cross‑functional performance marketing initiatives across paid and owned channels.
• Identify capability, data and technology gaps and recommend solutions to boost ROI.
• Optimise marketing processes, workflows, campaign execution, measurement and reporting.
• Manage product backlogs, align them with business goals and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Performance, Growth or Digital Acquisition Marketing.
• Strong understanding of paid media, web analytics, attribution and marketing automation.
• Experience in the aviation or travel industry is a plus.
• Agile certification is desirable but not mandatory.
