Performance Marketing Specialist - Lead Generation

About the role

Rabdan Developments is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist in Dubai to generate qualified property enquiries and improve the performance of digital campaigns. You will manage paid advertising, optimise the path from ad click to sales follow-up and use AI tools in your daily work to improve testing, analysis and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Paid lead generation: plan, launch and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for property projects and launches, building audience, keyword and retargeting strategies.
• Campaign optimisation: monitor budgets, bids, targeting and creative performance, and test and refine campaigns to lower cost per qualified lead and raise conversion rates, using lead quality and sales feedback.
• Tracking and conversion: coordinate landing page improvements, conversion tracking and CRM lead capture so enquiries reach the sales team with the information they need.
• AI-assisted testing: use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva AI to write ad copy, create creative variations and test ideas, then review them for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Reporting and sales alignment: report on spend, qualified leads and outcomes, and work with sales and creative teams to improve lead handling and inform future campaign decisions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Ability to interpret campaign data, run structured tests and explain how optimisations improve lead quality.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills, able to coordinate across marketing and sales.
• Real estate marketing experience and familiarity with the UAE property market are preferred.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, landing pages and CRM lead workflows.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for copywriting, creative testing, analysis or campaign productivity.
