Performance Operations Manager – Fitness & Recovery

About the role

SIRO One Za’abeel is a pioneering digitally‑integrated fitness and recovery hotel in Dubai. Reporting to the Director of Fitness, the Performance Operations Manager will drive operational and financial performance of the Fitness and Recovery department, ensuring seamless guest experiences and commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the management and performance of all Fitness and Recovery operations, maintaining high standards of professionalism, customer service and financial results.
• Prepare and contribute to monthly financial and statistical reports, supporting budgeting, business planning and commercial strategy.
• Control departmental operating budgets, payroll, stock and consumables, ensuring costs are managed and targets achieved.
• Monitor revenue, utilisation, and productivity of personal trainers, coaches and therapists, implementing action plans to optimise performance.
• Oversee scheduling, attendance, training and performance monitoring of the team, fostering a motivated and high‑performing workforce.
• Ensure quality control, health and safety, and SOP compliance across the Fitness Lab, Recovery Lab and related areas.
• Handle guest and member interactions, including VIP service, complaints and service recovery, to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven experience managing fitness, recovery or wellness operations within a hospitality or luxury resort environment.
