Performance Senior Manager

About the role

The Performance Senior Manager will own day‑to‑day client relationships and lead integrated digital media and performance marketing strategies across major platforms. This senior position requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and the ability to drive business outcomes for finance‑related clients in the UAE/GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for performance marketing mandates, managing client relationships and expectations.
• Develop and present media strategies, annual/quarterly plans, campaign recommendations and performance reviews.
• Lead strategic planning and execution across Google Ads, META, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
• Own campaign KPIs, budgets, forecasts and overall account performance, ensuring delivery against targets.
• Analyse campaign data to identify drivers, risks and growth opportunities, providing data‑led recommendations.
• Mentor and manage a team of performance marketing professionals, setting priorities and quality standards.
• Collaborate with platform partners and internal specialist teams to unlock growth.

Required profile

• Strong client‑servicing and stakeholder‑management skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with commercial and numerical acumen, able to connect media performance to business objectives.
• Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities, comfortable operating in high‑pressure environments.
• Experience managing finance, banking, BFSI, fintech or credit‑card clients, preferably in the UAE/GCC market.
