Personal Assistant for Senior Executives (Dubai)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing DeFi education company as the trusted right‑hand to senior executives, handling all personal errands and lifestyle requests so the leadership can focus on strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle personal errands such as sourcing items, placing orders, coordinating deliveries and follow‑up.
• Manage gifting and special occasions, including ordering gifts, flowers and personalised items, and tracking birthdays and milestones.
• Make restaurant and event reservations and arrange personal outings as directed.
• Book travel, hotels and transportation, manage check‑ins, itineraries and any changes.
• Monitor the executive support inbox, triage personal requests and flag items for the EA or executive.
• Research personal requests on venues, products, services and local recommendations in Dubai and beyond.
• Handle subscription purchases and share access to tools and platforms as instructed.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a personal assistant, household manager or concierge supporting founders, C‑level leaders or high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal) and French.
• Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates and residence in Dubai (non‑negotiable).
• Strong stakeholder support experience with high‑touch executives.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s restaurant scene, personal shopping options and local vendors is a plus.
