Personal Assistant - Private Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and discreet Personal Assistant to support an ultra‑high‑net‑worth principal in a private property setting in Abu Dhabi. The role combines executive support, luxury shopping, event coordination and private hospitality duties, ensuring the principal’s personal and professional life runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the principal’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements and daily schedule with utmost confidentiality.
• Handle correspondence, emails, calls and act as the primary point of contact for personal and professional matters.
• Source, purchase and coordinate delivery of luxury goods, gifts and bespoke items, maintaining relationships with high‑end boutiques and brand representatives.
• Plan and execute private events, dinners and celebrations, overseeing venues, catering, entertainment and logistics.
• Collaborate with household and private hospitality teams, liaising with the property manager to meet the principal’s lifestyle requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting UHNW/HNW individuals, private families or VIP clients.
• Exceptional discretion, attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
• Strong knowledge of luxury brands across fashion, jewellery, watches and lifestyle products.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
