Personal Banking Advisor

About the role

Emirates Islamic is seeking a dynamic Personal Banking Advisor to join its Retail Banking team. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, deepening existing relationships, and delivering Shariah‑compliant financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new‑to‑bank customers and promote the bank’s products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and regular follow‑ups.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable accounts, deposits, cards, financing and wealth products.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets while ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or a related discipline.
• 2‑5 years of experience in retail banking, sales or relationship management with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Sound understanding of retail banking products and UAE banking regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using banking systems for transaction processing and customer relationship management.
