Personal Banking Service Advisor (UAEN)

About the role

Join Emirates Islamic Bank as a Personal Banking Service Advisor, the first point of contact for customers in a branch setting. You will deliver exceptional service, handle transactions, and promote the bank’s products while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Process a full range of branch transactions, including account opening, fund transfers, cheque services and cash handling.
• Assist customers with digital banking enrollment and self‑service channels.
• Identify customer needs and cross‑sell relevant banking products such as accounts, cards, deposits, loans and insurance.
• Supervise and train teller staff, monitor performance and ensure compliance with AML, KYC and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate records, balance cash drawers and support branch opening/closing procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in banking, customer service, sales or branch operations (fresh graduates with strong orientation are welcome).
