Personal Fitness Trainer

About the role

Real Fit is seeking a full‑time Personal Fitness Trainer to join its team in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. You will work directly with clients to design and deliver customized fitness programs, ensuring proper technique and motivating them to achieve their health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client fitness levels and create personalized workout plans.
• Lead individual and group training sessions on‑site or at client‑preferred locations.
• Provide corrective exercises and monitor progress toward weight loss, muscle gain, rehabilitation, or performance objectives.
• Maintain professional communication, track client satisfaction, and adjust programs as needed.

Required profile

• Certified Personal Trainer credential.
• Experience delivering group or individual training in the fitness industry.
• Strong motivational and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent English, based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, and hold a valid driving licence.
