Personal Shopper – Luxury Retail

About the role

This role focuses on delivering a specialist, personalized selection for exclusive customers in an in‑store setting. The Personal Shopper will maximize customer satisfaction and foster loyalty through tailored interactions and curated luxury experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the unique preferences of high‑end customers and recommend curated luxury products to help them make informed, stylish purchases.
• Analyze face‑to‑face shopping behaviours and deliver a superior, highly personalized service that aligns with luxury preferences.
• Foster relationships with key luxury clients by offering exclusive previews, premium promotions, and invitations to upscale Ounass events.
• Provide insights on customer preferences to the buying team to help curate an opulent offline product selection.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and adhere to the highest data‑protection standards.
• Keep an up‑to‑date database of exclusive luxury customers to ensure seamless, personalized experiences.
• Develop and solidify relationships through offline interactions, expanding the personal‑shopping customer database via referrals and loyalty initiatives.
• Monitor high‑end market trends and competitor strategies to keep Ounass at the forefront of luxury retail.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of retail experience with premium or lifestyle brands.
• High School or O‑Levels education.
• Fluent in English; Russian or Arabic is a plus.
