Personal Shopping Assistant – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Personal Shopping Assistant supports daily operations of Ounass Maison, ensuring a seamless luxury experience for high‑net‑worth clients, digital shoppers and brand partners. Working closely with the in‑house Personal Shopping teams, the role handles appointments, client service and back‑of‑house logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage in‑store Personal Shopping appointments, including room bookings, product transfers and catering.
• Respond to telephone enquiries, assist Personal Shoppers during appointments, and maintain strong relationships with Very Important Clients.
• Process client requests, escalations, returns and exchanges, and keep the internal client database up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate in‑store alterations, product reservations, gifting and product sourcing.
• Maintain luxury visual‑merchandising standards and support stock handling, warehouse returns and stock counts.
• Introduce clients to brands with informed storytelling and ensure compliance with health, safety and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Fashion or a related field.
• 1–2 years experience in luxury retail, e‑commerce or client‑facing sales.
• Strong knowledge of luxury fashion trends, designers and womenswear brands.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with high‑net‑worth individuals and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive problem‑solving, adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
