Personal Trainer – Fitness Coach

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. You will work directly with clients to assess their fitness levels, design tailored workout programs, and provide ongoing encouragement to help them reach their health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and identify client objectives.
• Develop customized exercise and training plans.
• Demonstrate proper technique and supervise workouts to ensure safety.
• Track client progress and modify programs as needed.
• Motivate clients to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
• Offer basic nutrition and wellness guidance when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
• Ensure the gym environment and equipment remain clean, safe, and well‑maintained.
• Stay current with emerging fitness trends and training methodologies.

Required profile

• Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized organization.
• Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to inspire and motivate clients of all fitness levels.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
