Personal Trainer & Group Class Instructor

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, certified Personal Trainer & Class Instructor to join The Bridge Wellness Hub in Abu Dhabi. The role combines one‑to‑one coaching with dynamic group‑class delivery, using evidence‑based methods to help clients achieve sustainable health and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments, movement analyses, and data‑driven testing to determine client baselines and limitations.
• Design and implement individualized training programs grounded in progressive overload, periodization, and biomechanical efficiency.
• Track measurable client metrics (strength, endurance, mobility) and adjust programs to maximize results.
• Lead a variety of group classes such as HIIT, strength training, functional fitness, Technogym‑based cycling, yoga, and pilates, ensuring safety, proper form, and inclusive participation.
• Educate clients on the scientific rationale behind exercises, nutrition, recovery, and injury‑prevention strategies.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to UAE health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow staff to deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.

Required profile

• Valid personal training certification from an internationally recognised body (e.g., NSCA, NASM, ACE, ISSA).
• Group fitness instructor certification (e.g., Technogym Formats, AFAA, ACE, NASM).

Required skills

• Fitness assessment and movement analysis.
• Program design using progressive overload and periodization.
• Group class instruction across multiple modalities.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition fundamentals.
