Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist

About the role

The Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist will design and deliver customized fitness, nutrition and lifestyle programmes that drive measurable improvements in strength, body composition and overall wellbeing. The role focuses on providing a premium, professional experience for members while supporting their long‑term health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑to‑one and small‑group training sessions tailored to individual goals and fitness levels.
• Develop and monitor programmes covering strength, conditioning, mobility, body transformation and performance.
• Provide qualified nutrition and healthy‑lifestyle guidance to complement training plans.
• Coach members on recovery, sleep, hydration and lifestyle habits, offering motivation and accountability.
• Perform regular assessments, track progress and adjust programmes as needed.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a high‑quality, personalized experience.
• Promote personal training and wellness services to meet sales, retention and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and uphold health, safety and professional standards.

Required profile

• Recognised Personal Training qualification (e.g., REPs Level 3 or equivalent).
• Nutrition or Health Coaching qualification preferred.
• 5–7 years of personal training experience, preferably in a premium gym or private‑client setting.
• Proven track record in body transformation and strength training.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• CPR, AED and First‑Aid certification.
• Professional, confident and approachable personality with sales and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
