Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist to design and deliver customized fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle programs for our members in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on driving measurable improvements in strength, body composition, and overall wellbeing while providing a premium, professional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑to‑one and small‑group training sessions tailored to individual goals and fitness levels.
• Develop and monitor programs emphasizing strength, conditioning, body transformation, mobility, and performance.
• Provide qualified nutrition and healthy‑lifestyle guidance to support sustainable results.
• Coach members on recovery, sleep, hydration, and lifestyle habits, offering ongoing motivation and accountability.
• Perform regular assessments, track progress, and adjust programs as needed.
• Build strong relationships, ensure a high‑quality client experience, and promote personal training services.
• Contribute to sales, client retention, and revenue targets while maintaining accurate records.
• Uphold health, safety, and professional standards and stay updated on industry developments.

Required profile

• Recognized Personal Training qualification (REPs Level 3 or equivalent).
• Preferred Nutrition/Health Coaching certification.
• 5–7 years of personal training experience, preferably in a premium gym or private‑client setting.
• Proven success in body transformation and strength training.
• CPR, AED, and First‑Aid certified.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
